Butt Building Gym Routine + Meal Plan




First off you lose weight in the kitchen and sculpt your body in the gym! I maintain a very clean eating habit that includes Three Seven oz Servings of protein three 1/2 cup servings of starch 1 cup dairy and 3 servings of fruit and 1 fat...

I break my meal plan down into 3.5 oz servings of protein and 1/2 cups of dairy and 40z helpings of starch so I can eat & snack all day long :) I drink nearly a gallon of water a day and LOVE fruit... anything green and lean protein. i.e. Turkey Fish Beans Broccoli etc... I very rarely have carbs.. but when I do I make sure it's a complex carb.. such as a sweet potato something non processed high in fiber and easily digested...

Some of my favorite snacks are peanuts, almonds (unsalted) Plain fat free Greek Yogurt + fruit and Ice for smoothies... I also LOVE Silk Very Vanilla Milk + coconuts Banana and Ice.. HEAVEN!! I also like plain or Sesame rice cakes with peanut butter and banana on top.. you can even drizzle a lil chocolate on top...  Below you can see some of what I eat and have shared on instgram! As well  as the Meal Plan I FOLLOW for MY BODY type and FITNESS GOALS.... Moderate portions to fit yourself.







Some of my Favorite work out gear includes the
+BosuBall great for core work as well and
ability and agility work! I like it because... Both Sides are usable... That's
actually what BOSU stands for! Go figure!!

I am also IN LOVE with fitness Bands.. 
They come in all sizes colors and strengths.. well resistance weights.. The tighter and smaller the band.. the more intense the workout.. They are great for 
at home on the go in the park on an airplane in the
bathroom NEED to work out types of days.. They help
you stretch and can be utilized on ALL areas of the body... from the
core to your biceps triceps and hamstrings.. 

If you follow me on instagram you have ALL heard me RAVE about my sports vest
aka my "work out corset" you know I LOVE it... 
but do you know WHY? 
Well it helps me to correct my posture and keep my spine aligned... 
It also has latex which cases me to perspire more in areas that it covers. 
If you know anything about thermogenics.. that will excite you! I helps to 
keep my skin taught against my muscle so as I loose weight
My skin remains tight and firm!

Another great addition to ANY work out is
a weight vest. I like them because they ad easy evenly distributed weight
to the body and is easy to forget you're wearing one. 
WHY ad weigh to the body? Well, it's like this... You have
to trick your body in to working smarter so you can reach your goals faster.. 
a weight vest makes your body think it's heavier than it is.. so in turn it uses
more energy burn more calories and makes you HAPPIER faster!! 
I'm feeling like a room without a roof already!!

Last but not least a small ball.. aka a medicine ball or
a stability ball.. A medicine ball has weight but can be great for core
and strength training... while a stability ball is light and hollow
and is great for developing... well.. stability.. it helps
to strengthen the core and can also be used in some
 AWESOME booty workouts..
 and ya'll know I LOVE those!

I just watched your video and had to come on her too see your meal plan I'm trying too get my sexy back I'm 20 and use too have a very authentic body since I played volleyball and dis track in high school but after having my daughter, marrying her dad and becoming a military wife I lost everything....don't get me wrong I'm still small (size 5) but I don't feel as sculpted. ..I really wanna just focus on my hips and lower stomach.can I do some of theses at home and if so what you recommend?
