Butt Building Gym Routine + Meal Plan

First off you lose weight in the kitchen and sculpt your body in the gym! I maintain a very clean eating habit that includes Three Seven oz Servings of protein three 1/2 cup servings of starch 1 cup dairy and 3 servings of fruit and 1 fat...

I break my meal plan down into 3.5 oz servings of protein and 1/2 cups of dairy and 40z helpings of starch so I can eat & snack all day long :) I drink nearly a gallon of water a day and LOVE fruit... anything green and lean protein. i.e. Turkey Fish Beans Broccoli etc... I very rarely have carbs.. but when I do I make sure it's a complex carb.. such as a sweet potato something non processed high in fiber and easily digested...

Some of my favorite snacks are peanuts, almonds (unsalted) Plain fat free Greek Yogurt + fruit and Ice for smoothies... I also LOVE Silk Very Vanilla Milk + coconuts Banana and Ice.. HEAVEN!! I also like plain or Sesame rice cakes with peanut butter and banana on top.. you can even drizzle a lil chocolate on top...  Below you can see some of what I eat and have shared on instgram! As well  as the Meal Plan I FOLLOW for MY BODY type and FITNESS GOALS.... Moderate portions to fit yourself.

Some of my Favorite work out gear includes the

+BosuBall great for core work as well and

ability and agility work! I like it because... Both Sides are usable... That's

actually what BOSU stands for! Go figure!!

I am also IN LOVE with fitness Bands.. 

They come in all sizes colors and strengths.. well resistance weights.. The tighter and smaller the band.. the more intense the workout.. They are great for 

at home on the go in the park on an airplane in the

bathroom NEED to work out types of days.. They help

you stretch and can be utilized on ALL areas of the body... from the

core to your biceps triceps and hamstrings.. 

If you follow me on instagram you have ALL heard me RAVE about my sports vest

aka my "work out corset" you know I LOVE it... 

but do you know WHY? 

Well it helps me to correct my posture and keep my spine aligned... 

It also has latex which cases me to perspire more in areas that it covers. 

If you know anything about thermogenics.. that will excite you! I helps to 

keep my skin taught against my muscle so as I loose weight

My skin remains tight and firm!

Another great addition to ANY work out is

a weight vest. I like them because they ad easy evenly distributed weight

to the body and is easy to forget you're wearing one. 

WHY ad weigh to the body? Well, it's like this... You have

to trick your body in to working smarter so you can reach your goals faster.. 

a weight vest makes your body think it's heavier than it is.. so in turn it uses

more energy burn more calories and makes you HAPPIER faster!! 

I'm feeling like a room without a roof already!!

Last but not least a small ball.. aka a medicine ball or

a stability ball.. A medicine ball has weight but can be great for core

and strength training... while a stability ball is light and hollow

and is great for developing... well.. stability.. it helps

to strengthen the core and can also be used in some

 AWESOME booty workouts..

 and ya'll know I LOVE those!

Beautiful Textures Texture Managability Do I "Dig it or Dump it"

I had the pleasure or trying +Beautiful Textures for the first time via my favorite natural hair subscription box,  +We Are Onyx. I received it in my March #OnyxBox and was SO happy to be receiving 3 FULL SIZE products for $25.

I received the "Flip System" Naturally Straight Texture Manageability System. This system allows you the flexibility to Flip™ back-and-forth from curly to straight and then back again, and if you have relaxed hair the system extends the time you need to touch-up between relaxer new growth applications.

I also received their Curl Definer Mousse. Which can be used for wash and go's, twist outs and rod sets.This light weight foam that provides shine moisture and hold to curls of all textures. 


What I thought based on my 1st impression and afterwards... 

WHAT I THOUGHT:

When I initially used the Curl Definer Mousse I thought it was great. Smelled great, was light and didn't dry my hair out... I didn't used it for it's intended purpose so I will have to revisit it. However I do think it helped the Curl Definer Custard last longer. Though I have never used it... Most custard keep some what of a creamier finish. My hard came to a nice dry flake free finish. It looked great for a couple of days... on the 2nd day it was awesome! It was full SUPER shiny and full of curls. I tried to ad water the 3rd day. No dice. Not surprised or disappointed at all.  Great show! I can wait to use it properly. I also want to use it as a roller set alone. 

DIRECTIONS FOR BEST RESULTS:

Apply a generous amount of Tangle Taming Leave-In Conditioner to the palms of your hands and smooth onto wet or damp hair. Gently work from roots to ends with finger combing to ease out tangles and distribute evenly over hair.

Also included in the March Onyx Box were their Moisture Butter Rich Curl Cream & Curl Definer Custard

DIRECTIOns

Apply a generous amount of Tangle Taming Leave-In Conditioner to the palms of your hands and smooth onto wet or damp hair. Gently work from roots to ends with finger combing to ease out tangles and distribute evenly over hair.

WHAT I THOUGHT 

I LOVED it! As soon as it touched my hair, I was very excited. The Curl Definer Custard is a hit! It has that runny gel textures that most "custard" hair products do... it does a brilliant job at getting all your "Beautiful Textures" to play well together.  It gave my hair lots of shine and it felt very moisturized and supple.  Again great smelling and all of these products feature loads of oils and hair healthy ingredients. As I run my fingers through my hair I still feel perfect groupings of curls, tightly gathered and conforming... lol... so sweet! 

DIRECTIONS

After hair is cleaned and conditioned, begin applying quarter-sized amounts of Curl Definer Custard to hair in sections, from roots to ends. Rake your fingers through tresses until you see your desired definition. To help evenly distribute in thicker hair, keep a spray bottle handy and gently mist with water (add just enough to help manage each section). Set your style by sitting under a dryer for 25 minutes or allowing to air dry.

Colorful Tights & Cropped Tops | LA Winter Fashion!

Fall & Winter Fashion in Los Angeles is all about layers!

I start my outfit with a base of hue tights a crop top, which you 

could switch out for any thin layer-able top, and a leatherette skirt

from +choies cloth .. 

The only things I changed were my shoes and my jacket. 

I would wear my woolen trench coat to go out in 

and for night... 

The thigh high boots keep my legs the warmest 

and the marines jacket is a more fun take on this outfit... 

and all the boots and jackets interchange very well!

Inexpensive Fall Fashion Ideas

I put together a QUICK inexpensive #OOTD for Fall. I like very soft comfortable fabrics.. that don't itch! I have VERY dry body skin this Maxi dress from Forever21 is SO cute and comfortable/// and at only $15.80 I HAD to get it.. I also have it in Black +Forever 21

I am also a HUGE fan of my /ArmyMilitary Jacket/ I have had it as long as I have lived in CA and can't imagine being without it. I has shape when I want it to.. it's warm and can also provide a hiding place from the world!

My Biker boots are Mossimo from +Target  and another of my favorite comfortable day shoes...

My hat is VERY on trend right now. From @uberchicCloset It's the wide brim floppy fedora! I really didn't like this type of hat at first... I preferred the type with the cowboy top.. However this hat REALLY fit this outfit to a tee!

My second outfit again consists of a comfortable Kitty Cat Dress from +Material Girl Collection

Black Metal Dahlia | Easily my FAVORITE color from the Obsessive Compulsive Modern Craft 

Collection. I love the blackened red burgundy tonal range of this color for fall! I LOVE the pearl to it, and I am NOT a huge fan of pearl finish lip products, however, this was done right! Another this I like about it is the texture, the pearl in it give it a nice smooth grit, if that makes any sense. 

Role Play | This is an electric red! It's very HOT! This also has a 

metallic finish and a fine glitter. This is an attention grabbing color for 

sure. I would line this with a super deep warm brown or super deep warm burgundy

type of tone... 

Anita is a beautiful safe tone with edge, it's a nod to the 90's when EVERYONE wore 

brown lipstick and or liner... it's a brown maroon color that many women will

find a familiar comfort in. 

Sebastian is the dark horse.. or maybe I should say pale, horse of the team. It's alien and odd and sooo alluring. Theres something so right and wrong about it... It's "whimsical" a friend of mine said... It got a lot of "oh, hell no's" on instagram... but this liptar wasn't made for any and every woman. It can be manipulated into a cool ombre lipstick type of deal... I could even see it with black blue  and or  purple lip liner... it'd be killer.

Dekadent | I love this color. It's a sheer blueberry purple tone. It is super shine and

would look really cool over matte plummy pinks and purples... It would also look good

in a purple lipliner ombre duo. 

Mein Heir is a kitten nude. It calls the memory of all my white girlfriends putting their concealer on their lips... However the warm tone in this same us from deathly porn star lips.. and depending on how sheer and what liner you wear it with, it could be the everyday type of gloss... ya know the one you're ALWAYS looking for because you have 8 handbags and you can NEVER remember where it was last... :) yeah. That kind.
