My FUT Hair Restoration Journey

On April 11th I will under go FUT  Follicular Unit Extraction  Hair Restoration Surgery.

Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) Hair restoration can be done with Follicular Unit Transplantation. This procedure involves the transplantation of one hair graft at a time. Each hair graft may consist of one to four hair follicles. The objective of FUT method is to restore hair to how it naturally occurs in nature. There are two different types of FUT, which can be used to harvest hair grafts. The most commonly used one is the "strip harvesting technique" and the other type is "Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). The strip harvesting method involves the removal of a thin strip of hair from the back of the scalp. The area where the hair is harvested from is known as the "donor" site. The gap in the donor site would then be sewed together to close up the opening. Hair surrounding the donor site covers the incision, making it less visible. From the donor strip, the grafts are dissected under a special microscope. Each graft may contain one to four hair follicles. Once the dissection is done, the hair grafts are ready to be placed in the recipient's bald or thinning scalp area.  (Read More) Info Provided from http://www.mhtaclinic.com/hair-transplant-surgery.html I decided to go with MHTA & Dr.Diep because from the moment we connected on the phone i I felt as though Dr.Diep was an EXTREMELY knowledgeable and caring Doctor.  Not to pigeon whole the Doctor but I feel as though this is and exceptional niche he has carved out for himself. We spoke on the phone for an extended period of time while he not only watched my videos online.. but also asked me to send home 5 HQ photos of the sides top and back of my head and face... he spoke about WHY this surgery would be best for me and also of the benefits... and few small risks involved. Dr.Diep also explained to me the fine art of hair restoration and the differences in hair type texture and hairline aesthetic, as it changes from person to person...   He offers many types of consultations from photo and Phone to Skype and or in person! His staff is exceptionally patient and understanding... they helped me make a life changing decision in a small period of time and I was OUTSTANDINGLY confidant with this decision.  They helped me book plane tickets at a great rate and also helped me find car service and a hotel very near their clinic... They have a great website and youtube channle which made this life altering decision easy fun and hopeful!  I'm gushing and I haven't even had the surgery! OK. So I am kinda New to Airbrush makeup. Before the video below I had NEVER tried it... Aside from having something painted on my upper arm at six flags :) I was an Airbrush makeup VIRGIN!

I LOVE it... One thing I can say is your face has never been beaten snatched or yanked.. until it's been
airbrushed... Think about it... Ok.. so when we do regular makeup we aim for a pore-less, natural look and most women will use a stippling/ duo fibre brush or a beauty blending sponge of some sort... WHY? Because all those little hairs replicate pores! The more brush hair the better... which is also why a HUGE fluffy brush can ALSO give you a FAB finish!///
