With that being said here is a quick tip on some at home teeth whitening HOME REMEDIES... most of this stuff you can find around your home... or at a (( cents only store near you!
THE MOST common way
Some good old Baking Soda + Peroxide... Mix the two to make a tooth paste.. Yup a Toothpaste it's quick easy effective inexpensive and you will see results FAST
Why it works:
When dissolved in water baking soda whitens (and cleans) teeth by effectively scraping off the yellow and brown stains that form with age and wear. The free radicals from the water dissolved baking soda penetrate the teeth’s enamel and lighten the stains from a yellow or brown to give a much whiter appearance.
How it works:
- Take a small glass and fill with a teaspoon of baking soda.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Dissolve the mixture with water into a paste.
- Brush your teeth like you would normally.
- Rinse your mouth out well with water.

Oil Pulling is a safe, simple, cheap and gentle ‘do it yourself home remedy’ that cures and prevents diseases and extends your healthy life.
It involves rinsing the mouth with 1 tablespoon (10ml) of oil for 15 to 20 minutes and spitting it out. You can use either sunflower oil or sesame oil, both of which are usually used for cooking and readily available in the home.

LEMON JUICE?
Yea. No! Lemon juice for teeth whitening… not a good idea.
The way lemon juice works (or not works) is by robbing your tooth enamel of calcium from the citric acid in the juice. That's not good, Think about the fact that teeth will decay much faster without the right amount of calcium.
Lemon juice can also strip away the tooth enamel until it is damaged beyond repair.
